For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 By accessing the phjoy16 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phjoy16 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the phjoy16 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phjoy16 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age, with forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Residency. The phjoy16 Platform is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on phjoy16: (a) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling; (b) persons listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phjoy16 and its affiliated entities; (d) persons who have previously had an Account terminated by phjoy16 for cause.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the phjoy16 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single Player is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phjoy16 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. phjoy16 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify phjoy16 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. phjoy16 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to submit valid identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phjoy16 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate termination.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. phjoy16 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjoy16 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phjoy16 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. phjoy16 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the Platform. phjoy16 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals that exceed applicable thresholds, in compliance with AMLA reporting requirements.
5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and promotional credits are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.6 Chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider will result in the immediate suspension of your Account pending investigation. phjoy16 reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback through all available legal means.
6.1 phjoy16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. phjoy16 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions. phjoy16 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal. phjoy16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via the Platform or by email.
7.1 Game Availability. The games available on the phjoy16 Platform, including live casino, slots, bingo, and arcade games, are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Fairness. All games on the phjoy16 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of phjoy16 and cannot be influenced by the Platform or its operators.
7.3 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, phjoy16 reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players' accounts. phjoy16 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoy16 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:
8.2 phjoy16 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) and PAGCOR.
9.1 All content on the phjoy16 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of phjoy16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The phjoy16 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phjoy16. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of phjoy16.

10.2 phjoy16 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.
10.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 phjoy16's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 phjoy16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phjoy16's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 Termination by phjoy16. phjoy16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities. Upon termination for cause, phjoy16 may forfeit any remaining balance in your Account.
13.2 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including Sections 8, 9, 12, and 14.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phjoy16's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. phjoy16 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent phjoy16 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
15.1 phjoy16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the phjoy16 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
15.3 The version number and effective date at the top of this document will be updated with each revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
